Article 1 — Purpose These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on www.sotevy.com by sotevy., company RP & Associates S.A.S., SIRET 978 656 031 00017, located at 231, Rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France.

Article 2 — Products Our products are limited edition luxury leather goods and accessories. Photos and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes.

Article 3 — Pricing Prices are displayed in the currency of your region. EU prices include VAT. Sotevy. reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Article 4 — Orders An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer.

Article 5 — Shipping Free shipping is offered on orders over €500. Delivery times are estimates. Sotevy. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Article 7 — Returns Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Article 9 — Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
